Derived by distilling the ume vinegar from Kishu Nankobai, which is a variety of Japanese apricots that is said to be of the highest quality, this botanical water consists of small clusters of water molecules and is extremely soft. It penetrates deeply into the horny cell layer to keep the skin hydrated.
