RECIPE from "restaurant RK

Cold drink you want to make at home in summer

Avocado and grapefruit smoothie

<Material/4cups>

- 1 avocado

- 3 grapefruits

- 1 lemon

- 50g white sugar

(according to the acidity of the grapefruit and the ripeness of the avocado, you can choose the amount)

- Ice water

  1.  Prepare vegetables and fruits

Avocado is peeled, deseeded and cut into a size that is easy to put in the mixer.

Cut grapefruit and lemon in half and squeeze the juice

  2. Blend with a mixer

Put all the ingredients prepared in step 1 and other ingredients into the mixer.

Turn it until the ice is gone, then pour it into a glass and it's done

Iced gyokuro

<Material/4cups>

- Gyokuro 10g

- 1 lemon zest (peeled)

- 950g ice

 

- Water 50g

  1.  I will prepare the ingredients the day before

Put gyokuro, lemon zest, ice, and water in the order.

Put in the refrigerator and let the ice out overnight

  2. Strain with a tea strainer

The next morning, when the ice water has melted and the tea is ready, strain it with a strainer.

Pour it into a glass and it's done.
